My primary specialties include ADHD & neurodiversity, aging/life transitions, coping with chronic illness, managing stress/burnout. My background working in the in community mental health and VA systems, afforded me the privilege of helping people of all ages with a wide variety of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, dementia and trauma.
