I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Mental Health Professional (MHP), Master of Social Work (MSW), and Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) with 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma and severe and persistent mental health challenges.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, youth, adults, couples, and families experiencing complex emotional and behavioral health concerns. I understand that life's transitions, traumatic experiences, and challenges within family relationships can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.

I specialize in evidence-based, trauma-focused treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients identify their strengths, explore their goals, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.

My professional leadership experience includes overseeing Spokane County's WISe programs, serving as a liaison for Eastern State Hospital's Peer Bridger program, providing regional supervision for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and teaching practicum students at the University of Southern California (USC).
