They/She

Mary Robinson-Lutz, LMHCA

Are you carrying a lot on your own? Do you find yourself overthinking, masking, or feeling like you don’t quite fit in anywhere?

Therapy with me can be a place where you don’t have to perform, where you can show up as you are and feel safe being seen. You are seeking relief, clarity, and a connection to safety that moves beyond just coping towards feeling more grounded in your life. I invite you to make sense of your experiences at your own pace by making sure to create a safe and nonjudgmental space. Together, we can begin to understand patterns, build practical skills, and find ways of moving through the world that feel more sustainable and aligned with who you are. I draw from approaches like person-centered therapy, parts work, and narrative therapy in ways that fit you best.

As a gender-fluid therapist who enjoys storytelling, fantasy, and games like D&D, I also welcome creative ways of exploring your inner world when it feels useful. I am passionate about working with the queer community to support individuals regarding identity, gender expression, and what being queer means to them. This isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you relate to yourself with more clarity, self-connection, and intention.
