She/Her/Hers

Katherine Di Biase, MSW

As an Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker, I bring a wide range of experiences that shape my practice and perspective. I have worked in the ABA field supporting children with autism as well as developmental issues, guided teens in foster care, provided acute psychiatric stabilization for adults in residential facilities, supported refugees navigating new environments, and served as a school counselor. These roles have given me unique insights into the varied struggles people face and the resilience they carry.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and aligned with cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy. I value creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences without judgment. I typically work from a strengths-based model, considering each client’s environment, skills, and understanding to provide therapy that is holistic and individualized.

I entered this field with a deep commitment to supporting people in achieving their personal goals and building a toolkit to become their best selves. Whether you are seeking support for behavioral challenges, mental health concerns, or life transitions, I am dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
