Jamie Trudgeon, MSW

As a licensed independent clinical social worker associate, Jamie's approach integrates the evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to create a framework that encourages clients to challenge maladaptive thought and behavioral patterns while embracing personal growth along their journey of inner healing.  

Jamie works from a holistic and collaborative strengths-based perspective that is mindful of individual, systemic, and cultural factors. She offers support in addressing negative beliefs related to depression, anxiety, and trauma and helps clients navigate difficulties such as grief, loss, and major life transitions. She believes that clients can achieve their goals and discover a deeper understanding of themselves in an affirming and safe therapeutic environment. 

Jamie received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University with a focus on grief and end of life care. She has experience providing supportive services for youth from refugee and immigrant backgrounds, aging adults, and families, children, and individuals experiencing trauma. She is currently accepting clients of all ages and offers in-person and virtual appointments.
