Foundations Family Support, LLC offers a non-judgmental approach to individual and family counseling. We are centrally-located in beautiful Spokane, Washington as well as downtown Cheney, WA. We offer telehealth video counseling to serve those living in remote areas as well. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Child-Centered Play Therapy in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. We serve all ages! Approaches to counseling at FOUNDATIONS strive to be person-centered, culturally-informed, and tailored to each unique youth and family.
