He/Him/His

Barry Reed, MSW

“As a licensed associate therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals discover their inherent capacity for healing and transformation. I believe that every person possesses the strength to overcome life’s challenges and that past trauma, rather than defining our limits, can become a powerful catalyst for growth and self-discovery.

My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which provide practical tools for managing difficult emotions and changing unhelpful thought patterns. I am particularly passionate about the healing potential of Narrative Therapy, which helps clients rewrite their personal stories and reclaim authorship of their lives. Additionally, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) work to help individuals develop a more cohesive and compassionate relationship with all parts of themselves.

What sets my practice apart is my unwavering belief in the human capacity for change. I’ve witnessed countless individuals transform their pain into purpose and their wounds into wisdom.

In our work together, we’ll explore how your experiences—including the most difficult ones—can serve as launching pads toward a more authentic, empowered version of yourself.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, process past experiences, and develop the tools needed to create lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Together, we’ll work to help you move past what may seem like insurmountable obstacles and step into the full expression of who you’re meant to be.”
