“As a therapist, I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist consumers in meeting their individual goals. I will utilize strengths-based and solution-focused methods in addition to providing education and skills related to diagnosis, mindfulness, stress reduction, effective communication, problem solving, and trauma processing. Consumers can expect to complete homework assignments between sessions to practice the skills they have learned, and may be referred to additional providers as needs are identified.”

“I am currently working as a Child and Family Therapist. Previously I have primarily worked with consumers in crisis, those who have experienced trauma, are experiencing financial difficulties, anxiety, and other daily life stressors.
